Karen Koenig, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of KK Financial Solutions, headquartered in Surprise, Arizona. She has worked in the financial services industry since 2015 and established her own firm in 2021, providing clients with personalized, values-based financial guidance.


With over 25 years of leadership experience, including her service as a Major in the Air National Guard, Karen combines strategy, empathy, and accountability in every client relationship. Her diverse background has shaped her mission to help individuals and families make confident, informed financial decisions that align with their goals and values.


Karen is passionate about helping women, particularly those navigating divorce or major life transitions, rebuild their financial independence and confidence. As a Purse Strings Approved Professional and advocate for women’s financial empowerment, she believes everyone deserves clarity and control over their financial future.


Outside of work, Karen enjoys mentoring others, hosting educational webinars, and traveling with her husband to visit her extended Air National Guard family across the country.

Feebee keeps the day-to-day operations of KK Financial Solutions running smoothly. With a strong background in administration and client coordination, she ensures every detail behind the scenes supports a seamless experience for both clients and the team.
